Family-owned and operated, Nina's began with a simple dream: to create the perfect Liege waffle. Our dough is handcrafted daily using pearl sugar imported from Belgium, resulting in a caramelized crunch you won't find anywhere else.

We pair our waffles with artisan ice cream made from local dairy, featuring less sugar and no corn syrup--just pure, honest flavor.
